We offer group training several times a year leading up to major races that are local to Myrtle Beach.

November – March:
Marathon Training Season (Full/Half/5K offered)

Typical Training Meet-ups:

While a plan is provided for every workout recommended for you, group meetups typically occur THURSDAYS AT 6:05 PM and SATURDAYS AT 6:30 AM.

Your specific plan will be provided by your coaches after your registration.
