We offer group training several times a year leading up to major races that are local to Myrtle Beach.

Typical training seasons:

November – March :
Myrtle Beach Marathon Weekend (Full/Half/5K)
Sign up open now.

May – July: Independence Day 5K

July – October:
Myrtle Beach Mini Marathon (Half/5K)

Typical Training Meet-ups:

While a plan is provided for every workout recommended for you, group meetups typically occur WEDNESDAYS AT 6:15 PM and SATURDAYS AT 6:15 AM.

Your specific plan will be provided by your coaches after your registration.
